unit shows e05 code during program end or in between stucks . tissue gets spoiled sometimes. manually it works fine and in service mode too. but now it shows sometimes e05 in manual movement also. what can be the cause. i have changed motor and belt. cleaned opto..what next can be the reason.

Most likely you need to replace the ribbon cable of the horizontal position of the board. He is constantly working to bend and maybe it is damaged.
