Hi I need some help please. I have the Eclipse LE II EKG machine and we have used it twice since we bought it. The power light on back comes on, but machine won't turn on. Can you help? Thanks

I had this happen. All I needed was a Lithium coin battery CR2450 type. You need a phillips head screw driver to open the case (4 screws on the bottom, two in the paper tray on top. Unplug before you start. Be very careful with the wires connecting the top case to the mother board and have no static electricity on you.
