I have an aspen that is not powering up. All that indicates on the LED is the "." . I did get an error once "4" . The unit will initiate power up for about a second then drop completely dead. Is there a service manual available?

System shuts with an Error Code "4" displayed (i.e., Main Power Supply CODC over voltage); therefore, one of the DC outputs of the Main Power Supply is over-voltage. Try unplugging J8, J7A, J7B, and J14, one at a time to isolate the problem.
