Hi,

Look in the document section of medwrench for the install manual and the error code explanations should be there.

Under the front wheels on the right side if you are looking at it from the column there is a connection that goes to the bumper.  You can short out the connection and turn on the unit and see if the D9 error goes away.  If it does then all you have is a bent bumper or that they hit it so hard that they broke the two switches that make up the bumper circuit.  As far as the F12.  Have you tried a tube calibration?  Its pretty easy.  Older batteries can cause this.  You can scope the TKV+ and TKV- and see if it drops during exposure.  If it does then you got bad batteries.  Also make sure the TMA is within the requested MA.  If it is high then that is why the KV is dropping.
