Shortly after a recent purchase, we're noticing several cracks in the case of our TD100 model scope washer, CS Medical offers a refurbished replacement. Anyone else experience this?

We have not experienced this, however, ours is not a refurbished unit. It was bought new. Where are these cracks located?
If it's been in service less than a year, I'd fight to have them replace it at no cost.
