LED screen

Without warning LED screen no longer displays anything. Always in the past you could push the on/off button and the LED screen would come on. Now when you push the button nothing happens. I was concerned that somehow the brightness function was pushed and the screen is actually on but too dull to see, however there is absolutely no image there, even a faint one. We are getting power to the machine as the green light next to the power cord plug in the back of the machine does come on. I have opened up the machine and all the connections seem to be good. What is my next step?

Thank you for this suggestion about changing the coin battery. I did this and still no luck.

The LED display issue is probaly due to low power input. Change the battery into a new one, make sure you don't mix old battery with newer ones,it could damage the machine. With this you should be able to fix the problem

Is the new coin battery fresh?  You may have replaced a dead battery with another dead battery.  Is it oriented correctly?
