Have a error 45F am leaning towards a defective filiment board did I miss anything

I'm all likelihood it is the fil/kvp board. Also check the cable that goes to the CPU and the cable the runs to the LVLE, each of these are notorious for giving problems. I have had two instances with the ribbon cable going to the CPU creating issues with the filament, rotor and battery charger boards.
