Dear Team,
I have an issue with philips HD 11 ultrasound, It showing internal error while booting the machine, Sometimes it happens while scanning, when I am doing the residential self test it shows " T Scan power supply.. Test HV error" and the reason it showing is " Transmit voltage error: Retry limit exceeded.
So can you please advise how can i rectify this issue.

I thing you must change the Power Supply.....Look at the LED for HV on the Power supply - or better use a Multimeter.

raj_meditech@yahoo.co.in please help me out for the same issue, i have checked all voltage HVC trigger while booting maximum reached at 91V after stable 4.8v on hcv positive and negative , its is normal?
