The Head Down valve and solenoid is S8 on the hydraulic block. Does the head go down when you engage the CPR function? That lets me know if the issue is with the cylinder or the valve/solenoid. Check the voltage to the S8 solenoid when the function switch is pressed to rule out switch and wiring issues. Push the function switch and touch the top of the valve with the tip of a screw driver. Is it magnetized? If not it could be a faulty solenoid. Prop the head section (so it does not drift down on you) and remove the valve/solenoid? Does fluid leak? Could be a blockage in the hydraulic block. There is a screen in there. If fluid flows, replace the valve. Don't forget to fish out the old o-ring. Good Luck...

The head section of the bed does not move when the Emergency CPR mode is activated?
