Error message

Hello sir. My philips envisor ultrasound system keeps giving me the following error message when i put it on. Boot Failure : System Halted. Kindly assist me with possible suggestions.

The power supply may have failed. Try connecting the PC directly to a mains outlet. The PC is set for 115V so be sure to change the selector switch if needed.
