Hello,Does anyone one know if the PM notification is reset only by there software or is that maybe a hidden service that can be accessed without the software? I'm being forced into a warranty because the notification for PM, While my sales rep admits "The unit doesnt necessarily need service but we certainly recommend an annual PM, so we reset PM cycle" Thank you.
