INFINITI-Vision-System- ALCON MASSAGE WARNING MESSAGE : 150
RE: Phacoemulsification Unit Report Post
FMS ID sensor calibration failure.
• Cassette ID PCB
• Fluidics Controller PCB
If you replace the fluidics module this will solve the problem.
It could be a dirty sensor at the top of the fluidics module where the system senses what type of cassette is inserted, or the circuit board is bad.
Two boards in the module, one that controls the ID sensor and the main PCB with controls everything in the fluidics module.
ID BOARD cost about $60
Main PCB Fluidics board cost about $300 and is software dependent.
Complete Fluidics Module without trade is $2500 with trade is $1500
Takes about 30 minutes to install and then you have to do a complete check of the system to make sure it is working to factory specs.
