there is vaccuam problems,

and system shows the error. 44 a bottle may be empty or missing, if processing will fill from an alternate station and wait.

kindly advise accordingly.

If it is only happening in one station check the bottle,dip tube and line. If it is happening at multiple stations then you have a leak in a main lines or the pressure transducer might be bad.

it is happening with multiple stations. and i checked the main line leakage.

not found any leakage.

how much vacuuam should be at comperassor and flow lines?

what is the proper procedure of checking this issue ?

If the vacuum pump is creating vacuum at the pump then it has to have a leak somewhere or it has a valve that is open venting the vacuum somewhere. I would suggest to listen carefully and see if you can hear anything. I have a PDF of the airsystem I can send to you but need your email.
