Mr. Mike - this is considered NORMAL operation when the system is in the bypass mode because you are cutting out the digital imager.
1. Recommend you double check with your end user as to why they have the system in the bypass mode.
2. It may be possible that the imager has an issue in which case the system will default to the bypass mode.
3. Check to see if there has been any recent service performed where maybe a switch or setting has been changed to put the system in this mode.
4. Check your event log for any error codes.

Hi John,
I checked the filaments on the tube, checked voltage on the D10 boards, all switches are in normal postion, and no errors, reloaded SW twice
