Which product (make and model) are you referring to?

is there a blank line on the readout(possible print head issue) is the V5 coming out flat(check for broken cable, poor connection)

Does it say Overload next to the V leads. Is there anything on the paper besides the 6 tracings from the limb leads. This might be a setting that got changed.

TSS Jim- It prints the limb leads page only completely omitting the second page which has the v leads data. I was thinking it was settings issue as well but I couldn't find anything in set up that was changed. 

There is no setting to just print limb leads. I suggest going into Setup - ECG and choose a different format like 3+3.
