I could use some assistance in figuring out how many hours in service our unit has. Normally there is an option in the menu or an analog counter on the unit but we are unable to find either.

From the standby screen, press and hold both "home" and "standby" keys then depress the rotaty knob to access the system service screen. From there you you will find the total hours run for both the ventilator and the system on time.
