On NX software startup I get error message 4637 digitizer is not registered correctly serial number mismatch. How do I correct this. I also am not able to log in to service even with log of crservice and password Agsrvc21s. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is Agsrvc2ls. Not 21 but 2L (underscore L).
The serial number mismatch can be fixed by re uploading the CR software
