End of Life and End of Support for this model

We just brought these into our facility about a year ago on consignment from the vendor, I think these are fairly new devices, I don't know for sure but maybe 3 years old. I wouldnt expect them to be end of life anytime soon. Usually the manufacturer will notify everyone once end of life has been announced which would be about 3-5 years before actual end of life/end of support. At this point I am not aware of the manufacturer announcing such so I don't think it is possible for anyone to tell you when end of support is as the manufacturer has not decided this.

Are they at end of life or end of support?

I am not sure, try contacting the manufacturer with serial number and see what they have to say.
