I'm having a problem with the boiler flashing a 0 during the cycle . I hit reset and it continues the cycle. I've changed all the exhaust manifold S3,S40,S37.
Can anyone help me out the boiler is s Reimers Electra steam

I don't have much experience with these it here my thoughts. Have you verified your steam supply pressure with a gauge? Does the boiler have a pressure transducer to signal the PLC? Call Steris tech support with boiler mod# and sn#. 800-333-8848.

try cleaning and replacing the water level sensing probes. Flush the boiler and see if that helps to correct the problem.
