"Print Database Full, halting operation"

Or words to that effect.. this may be more a server configuration issue, but apparently the PIC Ix can print to the printer okay, but if a print request is made from a patient monitor, the above error happens. Any ideas? Suggestions? Thanks!

When adding the Printer to your Surv. Central Station check your procedure.  There are a couple ways you can add it and Philips had to correct us for a similar issue.

This is how we do it know.  At the Surv.  Central enter admin mode: supportuser.  Go to control panel and add printer>choose the printer is not listed>Add Printer using a TCP/IP Address>Change auto detect to TCP/IP  Enter IP Address of Printer and auto detect driver.

Philips said loading any other way could cause issues.
