When I try to save any image, the system does not let me select the internal hd, or select any type of network to send images, I made the hd diagnosis in the service menu and says everything is ok, has anyone had this problem?

Could be a database issue. I had a similar problem before and had to reload SW. No database rebuild utility for GE that I am aware of. I was able to still export to USB so I didn't lose the studies. Just make sure you backup your system settings first

Apparently all studies are gone, I will try to recover the studies and make a backup and then reload software, I will post here the result, thanks for the tips BMET-KY.
