I have a Getinge 533HC-E sterilizer that will only pull about 18-20 in vacuum. what could be causing this issue? water pressure is 60PSI, Boiler pressure is 40-50PSI, heating elements are good and receiving proper power, the jacket holds 30PSI, the chamber reaches 30-32PSI. What should I check next?

Could be door seal, or air inlet valve. Could also be steam to chamber valve leak-by or failed check valve on the exhaust line, or a partially occluded ejector. Does it pass a B&D and a leak test?
