Thermal printer setup

Hi, How do I connect my Toshiba Xario with sony thermal printer, is their any configuration into software. Please help. Thanks Samit

If the printer is connected properly to the system when you power it on and it does not work, I believe that you need to install the printer using Windows and with the ultrasound application not running.
