Out of paper Message - Does not print

The paper door broke, and they were purchased directly for the second time from Mortara. First time, door was replaced and worked fine. However, the unit says out of paper when trying to print. Tried re initializing it to factory defaults with no success. Tried original paper and it gives the same message. Technical Support says the Queque calibration is fine as 108 and does not seem a problem with the printer head or sensor but "spacing"

The most common cause of not printing if you have a new door and the que sensor is within tolerance is broken paper roller clips. Please contact Mortara Technical Support and ask how to determine if the nylon clips or hooks for the door at intact. If the door is good, the que sensor is good and no broken clips, you might need a new main board. The usual is broken clips or paper tray assembly.

OK, thank you TSS Jim, if no broken clips, you mean a new main board? Or a new sensor? Or a new printer head? Thank you so much for your help!

There is no way I can determine what needs to be replaced. The device needs to be seen at a repair center.
