- no signal fatal error Anyone seen it before?

It's on boot up actually says no frame sync fatal error

Yes with an external monitor watching the boot up process

Try reseating the CPU board first. It is the third board from the left in the workstation cage.

Replacing the Image Processor board fixed the problem.

Anytime you have a fatal system error on any system on any computer with any OEM, always always go down to the basic system. That will consist of a CPU and memory board and a monitor. Thats all you need.
