speed detection board on sorvall t8 centrifuge

I have a ThermoFisher Servall T8 centrifuge that is throwing an error E-41 code. Apparently that links to faulty wiring on the speed detection / imbalance board. Where is this board located, and is it possible to buy a replacement? I've got the centrifuge apart, and I'm assuming that the board is stuck somewhere on the actual drum.
