Interfacing using mirth

hey, I'm trying to interface BS-200e to an EMR using mirth Connect. so far mirth detects the BS 200 as connected but the BS 200 error log displays LIS host cannot be connected, what should i do? is there another protocol i should know of that the BS200 uses? any information would be useful!
