The servcie license level and password depends upon the version of Acadis. Gen 1 or Gen 2 for example.
The service license key can only come from Siemens Healthcare (Healtheniers).
The service license key can be generated for any length of time up too one year max. The service key is based upon the 'Local Host' name/number/ID.
To see the local host name/ID, put any 6 characteri into the right had service box & log-in. You will see a license error message & in the text associated will give you the host ID.This is needed by Siemens to generate the service license key as it identifies your specific system.
Other than level 1, this service license is not provided free.
Level 1 is a basic level to allow some minimal changes.
If you have a Gen2 system, go to service log-in screen & delete the 6 hidden characters then click Log-in. If Gen2 it will allow you basic level access as well.
