Does anyone know if I can check the MedNet version of my pump? I think I have a compatibility issue with my pump and the MedNet Database. I have a a/b/g wireless Plum A+.

Yes, Go into Service Mode by selecting that in your menu. Enter your Service Code. Depending on software version select the correct database. That will take you directly to what you need.
