Brad:

First thing to check is if you have a pressure leak.  Check your metering valve and see if you have many bubbles flowing from the metering valve back up into the reservoir tanks.  A lot of bubbles means your metering valve is leaking.  Check your tubing for leaks and the door gasket and dont forget the two screws that hold the door pan to the door assembly., these screws have O-Rings that seal them to the door pan.  If you cannot find a pressure leak. Place a max register thermometer inside the chamber and run another cycle.  Your temp inside the chamber should be 285 degrees F.  If it is not that high, your heater pad or your thermistor control might be bad.  I would also check to see how your customer is operating this unit.  You place the instruments into the chamber and then with the door open, turn the unit on.  When the heat light goes out, you then close the door and turn the control know to pressurization.  The Vapo Solution is designed to hit the hot chamber and flash, this causes a rapid increase in pressure.  Your pressure gauge should hit the green withing a second or two.  I hope this helps you in your trouble shooting.
