Dash 3000 ECG parameter wont turn off

Im trying to turn off the ECG parameter, monitor setup >parameters> ECG.. when I click on it says the ECG parameter can not be turned off. Ive also tried monitor default>setup default Dispaly > and I cant find the ECG parameter option in there. Any idea what causing it not to turn off??? My guess would be its the softwear, as Ive already replaced the DAS module and something still unable to turn ECG off

I am running V5 on my particular Dash 3000 and I am able to turn off the ECG.

All my other Dash monitors (3K & 4K) all have V7.2 and I can turn off the parameters as well.

My best guess is that there is something either in your Default Display Settings or Default Parameter Priority Settings that is preventing you from turning off the ECG.

When I turn off the ECG parameter, the SpO2 parameter takes over as the priority.

Found out mine  has version 3 which is pretty old and according to GE tech support anything below version 5 you won’t be able to turn off the ecg parameter.  I’ll just have to upgrade to 5 or higher .. Solved
