End tidal co2

Our cardiocap 5 co2 readout is reading in percent. How can it be changed back to partial pressure?

Enter o the MAIN MENU and select INSTALL/SERVICE.

The monitor will ask you a password. the numbers are 16 - 4 -34

After you put the password you have to select the option INSTALL.

after this, go on trought the option PARAMETERS and after this you click on GASES

then you will have 3 options
Kpa - % - mmHg

Set the best choice

Best regards

Jean

If I recall correctly, in order to retain those values as default (on power up) you must select "save" ( I forgot which menu) and then use the code 13-30-31.

Thank you so much.  i´ll check with the password. the option Save mode you can change the waveforms and digital area, when i turn off the monitor and turn it on again doesn´t save the changes. So, i will try with the password. Thanks again.

Sorry, after rereading, I'm not sure:

Here you find the manuals, the codes should be the technical reference.

Those are the correct numbers to enter the menu to save mmhg but if the monitor forgot mmhg and went to % then the CPU battery is dead...so after you change that battery you may have to reconfigure the monitor...depending on it's age if it will remember it's configuration. If you have to configure you will need the other save #...which I have but not right here at the moment.
