GE LOGIQ C3

I had a faulty HDD which I replaced.Istalled WINXP Professional but not from the yellow cd that comes with C3.Installed Application from yellow C3 cd.,I entered the license key and serial numeber etc.. Everything seems to be working.BUT every time I boot up it asks me for serial number again with the message there is no serial number in the system locate and input it.Where can I change this or what is causing it- Thank you.

Might want to try it with the disks it came with.

The System or Base software disk has other software on it, in addition to Windows. You need to load software using the GE System disk.
