Cart restarting automatically while initializing transducers

Hello All, When I turn on my z.one it begins it's boot sequence, program looks like it's going to load until the "transducer initializing" message comes up. I hear a scratchy clicking sound from somewhere near the scan engine and transducers, then the machine turns itself off and tries to restart. I've replaced the cart battery, did the PIC battery reset, performed the battery reconditioning, it is now at 100%. When I boot the cart up without transducers(there are 2) it boots up. Even if I put either on back, it again fails initialization and tries to restart. Any ideas? (the scan engine battery is low, but in discussion with Zonare rep that shouldn't be an issue, if the cart battery is good)
