I have a Toshiba Aplio MX that the 2D Focus toggle switch is pushed down into the console. It still works but you have to push down on it obviously. What I found was that the toggle switch is square and made out of plastic. The clasps on the switch is broke. I am looking for the part number for the 2D Focus toggle switch. I do not have a parts manual.

This part is ot sold seperatly. You wil need to order the entire lower user interface.

I found what I needed. The part that I needed was the paddle switch. Part #: BSM31-4618. Price $25.00. From US Ultrasound. I did not have to order the lower user interface which would of been $2700.00.
