The coated glass windows that need replacement periodically. Can they be obtained outside of the company?

Hi,
I would suggest looking into people selling the units online. i.e. dotmed, or ebay. Contact them and they may have the parts to sell. I did a short search but was unable to out right find parts outside the company. But did find several people listing their units for sale. Good Luck.
