The handle for my laser machine was inserted while there was only 1 release button functioning. Now there is only 1 of the blue handle pieces present and I want to know of an alternative way to remove the handle. Please respond in a timely manner, It would go greatly appreciated.

The blue release buttons are crucial to the removal of the handpiece without them the quick disconnects will not dis-engage. Without that, you will not be able to remove it. And trying to forcibly remove the handpiece from the base can cause serious damage. I suggest getting the unit repaired by a service company.
