Wrong result received from Cobas 6000 analyzer

Wrong result received from Cobas 6000 analyzer. For example, In the anaylyzer , wrokplace -> Data review screen, showing the result value for ALT test as 19.2, but the same samples result received in Host LIS is 319.2, Another example is in analyzer data review screen ,its showing 100 for TSH test, but the same received as 1020.0 in Host. We are getting much confused and not able to proceed further, because of this peculiar result values. Please help us to sort out this issue. Note: We are running bidirectional mode interfacing.
