Service records - Regulations JACHO AAAHC CLIA DHS CDPH Hello All, I want to know if there is a regulation, rule or precedent concerning signatures on biomedical equipment service or P.M. records. I have a work order form with a signature box. Is it implied that by having a signature box on the work order that there should be an actual signature collected? Please let me know. Thank you
