Medrad avanta injector asking for calibration. Does anyone know how to do the calibration because I can't find it on the settings?

The calibration reminder comes up on initial boot.  This is not informing you that the systems is actually out of calibrations, but rather that the system is due according to the internal reminder.  The reminder can be changed in the settings window (as well as ensuring that the system clock/date is accurate).

Thank you for the information but the injector works when used manually but it is unable to retract automatically during procedures.

Sounds as if your systen is likely covered in contrast and in need of a thorough cleaning (part of a complete PM).

This is commonly the contrast syringe sensor.  Remove the psi jacket and inspect the sensor pin (metallic cylinder approx 1/4" diameter).  You should be able to delress the pin and when released it returna out.  I suspect this sensor is remaining stuck.
