Is anyone familiar with or have a service manual for a Sakura Auto Smear CF-12DE (may also known as a cytology centrifuge, model 4325). I have a client that has one that is generating an error code 98.

Rotational speed not reaching 50RPM within 6 seconds, or set point within 100 seconds (approx.).
On later units, there may be a resettable circuit breaker on the rear panel. On earlier units, there is an internal fuse (FH1 - 1.6A) on a circuit board which may have blown. Replace it with an AGC 3A (312) fuse (per Sakura).
