Running a PM on my 8100 module

Running a PM on this module and when I get to the Flow Accuracy check I keep getting an error indicating (Pump) Flow blocked. I run the unit in normal mode and it infusions just fine. Any help anyone?

Just had one yesterday!  this one needed a new connector, but I've had several causes in the past, including dirty AIL (I spray alcohol in there and clean w/Q-tips) Also, the pressure sensors should be around 3 volts with flow, around 1 volt w/no flow.  Go to analog sensor test and you can run it and view voltage of both sensors.  Good Luck! All good to know! Thanks for the response. I did replace the sensors, with no fix. Replaced the logic board and got a fix. Again, thank you.

This is extremely common.  All you have to do is remove the module and reattach it.  Then select yes to rerun the failed step.  I've had the pumps for years and this was recommended during our installation training.  Something about a communication error with the mainteneace software.

I agree with Floyd! very common communication issue with module in maintenance software. Open the door, do you see and hear it home. If not, Reattach, Rerun test, It should home this time. I train all new techs about this "glitch"
