Error code F7 and F13

F7 Energy is 50% or more lower than requested. F13 is a motor malfunction. These refer to the user mode. F7 is a clearable error. I suggest selecting a lower energy setting. Using burst mode can also assist in getting the same energy at even lower settings. The F13 motor error is a non-clearable error.

Due to the inconsistancy with the error codes I strongly suggest getting a service company to come look at the laser. It may need the motor cleaned or replaced. Recalibration for the head may also be needed. Or even may need to be replaced. I suggest looking online for a service company close to your location.
