The power supply do not function in battery mode, i've checked the battery voltage, they're 13 volts each. I also checked some components, diodes, fuses, diode bridge, they're all ok. I need help because this equipament is very important for intensive care unit of the hospital I work.

My Drager Evita Xl ventilator battery is not getting charging voltage, all components are fine. Could you please tell me what you did to fix it?
