Ensure that only one version of Microsoft Net Framework is installed on your PC (usually ver.1.1 intalling automatically with POC120/140). If other versions of NetFramework presents, delete it.

there was another version of Net Framework installed, service pack 2.1, I deleted it but it does not make any differences, the program Kodak does come up with the initial windo, but does not start.

And on restarting/ shuting down the pc tells me that the program KodakQC.exe does not respond.

Does anyone have the instalation disc for Kodak PoC 120?
