What do you need to know about testing the outputs?

Have you checked in the documents and manual that is to the left with the with a picture? You can download the manuals and the manuals have the maufacures info so you can call tech support for answers.

I dont have the manuals. I need the tech to take a look at it/repair.

You can also request service on this equipment's page under "request a quote" and just specify that you need service. Thank you.

Deer sir pls infrom me Valleylab force fx not support re-usable neutral plate.what can i do 

RPI may be able to assist. 

You could use reusable (rubber) neutral electrodes on Force FX, but not with standard Valleylab cable with central pin. You should use cable without central pin Like Bowa 385-050 and neutral electrode 242-003.
