Have you checked in the documents and manual that is to the left with the with a picture? You can download the manuals and the manuals have the maufacures info so you can call tech support for answers.

You could use reusable (rubber) neutral electrodes on Force FX, but not with standard Valleylab cable with central pin. You should use cable without central pin Like Bowa 385-050 and neutral electrode 242-003.
