no LED on power switch, not starting

Which product (make and model) are you referring to?

Hi It is a GE LOGIQ P6 Pro, has a PST-009 power supply has line voltage to the power supply, fuses are good. None of the LEDs on the power supply or the On/Off switch light.  

Check if the standby 5V od APS is alive make sure AC power connector and control signal connector is plugged properly

Thanks, unit is down range , so will need to take a trip down, voltage detected at heat sinks inside power supply case no power supply leads will light so going towards the switching voltage.
