System will not do an exam. It will start the exam and then the table will error. I can move te table manually at the gantry no problem. All switches are good and i have 24V so the stop loop isnt open. I think possibly something with HTP is not right. Should i try encoder?

Hello.could you tell me wich model of ct? I had the same problem and I had to change the horizontal motor drive. Because the problem was in the motor encoder.

Please. Check encoder signal. You tried to reload the phs firmware in mcb? Exchange the mcb board in MAS module and then reload the firmware in booth boards.

I have swapped both MCBs and flashed them and it did not change the issue. I'm getting something from the encoder. I have loaned out my o-scope so I can't tell. The voltage changes on test points when I move the table.
