you will require a service manual and some special tools for this assignment ,do you have these things ?

yes i have the service manual and the latex particles. i thought i had it alighned good, the CV's are where they need to be. controls pass. but the patient samples are all running a little high on the Baso. i did replace the laser. could that be the difereance from a week laser to a strong laser. Thank you.

The Baso can not be higher regardless of having changed the laser tube .

make a fresh latex ( latron ) and fine tune the CV's to close o perfect 

Did you change the laser and laser Power supply unit ? , some times it is better to change the power supply as well because a new tube could wear out the older laser power supply .

I feel that you are nearly there . 

Are you using fresh blood samples for patient samples , from how many hours ago ? Are the baso results high on all the patient samples ? If possible draw blood and run a fresh whole blood sample .

baso raise as whole blood in the tube gets older . 

i would lik to send you pictures of the CV's i got, patient sample, and controls. to look at the histogram and tell me what you think. i could email or text them. i dont think there is a way to do it on this site.
