Failure of Arcadis Varic to complete Booting

If you start the monitor cart without C-Arm conencted does it work without errors?

The error code usually has an ID with it IE: BIC E1001 or MSY E1001 etc. this is important to know. Give me more details and I can help more.

In many cases the umbilical cord between monitor cart & Main C-Arm can cause problems.

What is good to know is what versiosn Arcadis: Software version VD10A or VB13C etc. Go to help at top menu & about, this page will show software & bugfix versions installed.

Thanks Tom. Yes the error comes without the C-arm connected. Its an Arcadis varic with software code VB13CSL130P173BF3, Win.NT 5.1 SERVICE PACK-2, 60EM VS21AWXP32Bit. The error code is ASP_BIC_E1001 and after ASP_ADM_E-70. Thank you

BIC_E1001 is resource/memory issue at power-on during boot/application start-up. It could be HDD, software, internal connection or CIPP board (D66 camera interface).

Does the application software boot eventually?

If you can access the local database, see if you can delete some patient folders. The system does not run well with loading of old patients.

ADM_E70, I think you meant ASM_E70. Again E70 is a resource/memory related issue. 

Can you also confirm if you get an image on both monitors. When I say image on both, I mean do you see the application on both monitors or is one monitor blank after the start-up 'splash' screen disappears?

I ask because, the graphic card memory is also used by the application and if one monitor or the graphic card has disabled the 'dual' mode this could be the problem.

Another idea if you can access Windows file manger (Explorer) Check that you have C:, D: & E: drives. If E or D is missing, this could also be your problem. PS don't touch anything in any HDD's unless you are very smart PC guy but even then be careful there are got-you's along the way!

These errors {6913/6915/6918/6572} appears on the control and display panel of the c-arm

Another device, when turn on the device the control and display panel is don’t show any value of (Kv, mAs) with flashing of the light of the selection operating modes

Note: C-arm vertical movement bottoms are working when press it

E1001 in general is a loss of parameters. E 153 is control console co,,umication to main system failure.

The problem is within the main C-Arm unit.

To help a little more more details are required. Like what model Arcadis Gen1 (VB13C) or Gen2 (VC10A). What are the letter associated with error numbers for example BSC_W_153 or MSY_W_153 and so-on.

On the generator D1 pcb is a 7 segment display, is this rotating. If yes, the CPU has initialised if no chack D1.

If D1 display is rotating check the ribbon cable from D1 to Control console.

Errors: 6913/6915/6918/6572.

6913 is collimator slot diaphragm data not correct.

6915 is collimator slot diaphragm display data not correct.

6918 is collimator slot diaphragm open position data wrong.

6572 is collimator slot diaphragm, II full format data wrong.

Does the slot diaphragm move when system powered-on? If yes Good. If no & the collimator Iris is working then check wires from the D1 Tube/collimator, you may have one broken.

Error 2405 is related to main system software failure.

I have a question about AXIOM Iconos R200

This error 556/32 what does mean ?

Iconoc R200 erro 556/32:

Meaning:

Basic unit: Control console key stuck or pressed when power was switched on.

Reason, Cause:

During initialization of the unit, the control console is checked for sticking or pressed keys. If a key was pressed, the corresponding drive or the function is blocked.

Action:

-    Inform operator about possible incorrect operation.
-    The tableside controller can be checked using SSW/ Diagnostic/ Test/Basic unit/ Checking displays and controls: Control keys. Replace control console.
